Credit card, checks, COD, pay pal, or money orders are accepted. A $35.00 fee will be assessed for each returned check. Buyer is also responsible for any other charges, including but not limited to any collection, attorney's fee and court cost due to an unpaid account. Seller does not accept any business check from a business with a history of overdrawn activity. Buyer is responsible for payment of all sales, use, excise tax and other taxes applicable to the item(s) purchased. All items do not include tax. All tax exempt invoices require proof of exemption and buisiness tax ID in order for the invoice to be exempt.

 

Buyer has the responsibility to determine the suitability of that use and to take all necessary precaution to ensure the safety and protection of property and persons involved in the use of the product(s) purchased. Seller is not responsible for misuse of any product or damages that incur.

 

A deposit of 50% must be made for any pre-purchased order and must be paid in full once the products are delivered. All orders must be agreed upon between the buyer and seller regarding the product specifications such as quantity, size,fragrance and brand. Any change to the purchase order by the buyer is  subject to additional charges where applicable. A 25% restocking fee will be accessed to any orders that are cancelled.

 

 

All deliveries must be paid in full upon receipt. Buyer is responsible for unloading any merchandise delivered and also any cost incurred that has been agreed upon before delivery. Buyer must carefully check all items at time of delivery and report damages or defects to the carrier; otherwise, seller is not responsible for any claims made 24 hours after the delivery.

 

If the carrier has tried to deliver the package several times, and is unable get in touch with you; they will bring the package back to us after five to seven days or three to five delivery attempts. When we receive the returned package, we will refund the total amount minus the original shipping fee, minus the return shipping fee, and than a 30% restock fee of the original cost. If you receive a notice of attempted delivery from our shipping vendor, please give them a call to arrange a time for you to get your package. This is your responsibility, and not the responsibility of Alencara.

Damaged Items
If you receive a package damaged during shipping,
you are responsible for making a claim to the carrier within a given time period.
This time period will vary with the carrier.
Out of courtesy, Alencara is willing to assist in filing a claim.
Any money paid for the claim will be given to the buyer.
Alencara is not responsible for any loss as a result of this type of damage.
We spend lots of time and money to protect and package products.
For this reason, we will assist in any way possible,
but will not accept responsibility for the carrier damaging, loosing, or destroying products.

Note:
Make sure you save original packaging.

Without the original packaging, you may have no claim.

Delay or Non-Delivery
Alencara shall not be liable in any way for delay, non delivery or default in shipment due to labor disputes, transportation shortages, priorities, acts of governmental authorities, or other causes beyond the control of Alencara , affecting Alencara and/or its suppliers.

Seller is not responsible for any damage or missing merchandise after the buyer has made a purchase. Exchange/refunds must be presented with an original receipt and must be made with in 7 days of purchase. All refunds will be made with the same payment method at time of purchase. All returns are subject to a 25% restockry fee. Any purchase with a business or personal check could be accessed a 1 week clearing period, before a refund is given. No refund after 7 days. All there is evidence that the product has been used, return is not aceptable. There are no refunds on any shipping charges.

 

If a party hereto commences or defends against any suit, action, arbitration or other proceeding as against any other party or parties hereto, to enforce, defend against, obtain declaraton of rights and or seek damages or other relief based upon any provision(s) hereof, the prevailing party in any such action, arbitration, suit or other proceeding shall be entitled to reimbursement of party's reasonable attorney's fees and costs from the party or parties.
